The pro bono consultant will create an advertising sales plan for the “I Survived” Business Conference’s business advertising magazine. The magazine offers businesses an opportunity to showcase their products, services, events, and special offers to an expected audience of 100+ conference attendees.

Specific deliverables will include:

• An advertising sales strategy with target audiences, outreach methods, sales goals, and a timeline.
• A prospect list of businesses and organizations that may benefit from advertising in the magazine.
• A media kit outlining the magazine’s purpose, audience, advertising rates, available placements, and submission requirements.
• Email templates, follow-up messages, and a sales script to help our team secure advertisers.
• A simple tracking system for prospects, outreach, commitments, payments, and submitted advertising materials.

Success will mean our team has a clear, repeatable process for selling magazine ads, professional materials ready to use, and an organized pipeline of potential advertisers.
