What we need:We are a laid-back, creative, and unique nonprofit that hand-sews cozy rag dolls, patchwork items, and tapestries. We donate 100% of our creations directly to local nursing homes, hospitals, schools, youth centers, and pet shelters to bring comfort where it is needed most.We are looking for a volunteer marketing and outreach representative to help us reach our goal of securing $5,000 a month in steady corporate sponsorships. The Project:Instead of digital ads or corporate clutter, we are offering a clean and simple sponsorship model: a partner's logo will be displayed on custom hang tags attached directly to our donated comfort items. We need a volunteer who can help us:Identify Potential Sponsors: Research open-minded, community-focused businesses that align with comfort, care, and community wellness.Refine Our Pitch: Help us polish our friendly, straightforward outreach language so it clearly highlights the value of our hang-tag sponsorship.Guide Outreach: Help us map out a simple strategy to connect with these businesses and secure sponsorships.
Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission by helping us build a stable, sustainable funding engine. By securing corporate sponsorships, we will be able to cover the costs of our hand-sewing materials, shipping, and distribution logistics. This directly translates to more comfort dolls and cozy tapestries reaching nursing homes, hospitals, and shelters, bringing quiet peace and tactile comfort to those who need it most. Your marketing expertise will literally help keep our creative sewing engine running!
My team and I have prepared for this project by ensuring our 501(c)(3) status is fully active and active channels are set up for our handmade distributions. We have clear, high-quality photos of our hand-sewn comfort items and a solid understanding of our physical donation process. We have set a target goal of reaching $5,000 in monthly sponsorships to make this work sustainable, and we need a volunteer's help to actually design, build, and establish the plan to get us there.

Our Mission: We make unique, handmade rag dolls, colorful patchwork items, and unique tapestries to bring comfort and joy to our community. We believe in the healing power of slow, quiet creativity, and we donate 100% of our handmade creations directly to places where extra warmth is needed most—including local nursing homes, hospitals, schools, youth centers, and pet shelters.
