Foster Recruitment Strategy

We are a foster-based, all-volunteer organization with no physical shelter, so we can only take in animals when we have safe foster homes. Recruiting and retaining fosters is an ongoing challenge that limits the number of animals we can take in.

The volunteer will deliver a realistic, implementable foster recruitment and retention strategy tailored to a volunteer-only model for our organization. We are looking for a volunteer with Recruitment expertise to develop the strategy and, if available, to support implementation of selected tactics. The strategy will ideally include, target audiences (e.g. retirees), recruitment channels (online and offline) and messaging options to break through where past efforts have not.
