About the Opportunity

At Casa Myrna Vazquez, we recently appointed a solo IT administrator as the primary technology point of contact for our staff of 80-100. They inherited significant technical debt and we do not have up-to-date network documentation for phones, printers, servers, and other networked devices. This gap leaves our network infrastructure undocumented and difficult to reference for maintenance and troubleshooting.

We are looking for a volunteer with Network Administration and System Administration experience to run network discovery, map our infrastructure, and document findings. The volunteer will deliver physical and logical network topology diagrams covering phones, printers, servers, and other networked devices, produced using network discovery and other tools, along with an accompanying document that identifies discovered devices and explains how they are connected.
