Website Design Review

BOTW is a new workforce development organization preparing to launch. We are seeking support reviewing and strengthening our website so it clearly reflects our brand, mission, programs, and audiences while providing a professional and user-friendly experience.

We need support reviewing the website user experience and brand review covering layout, navigation, branding consistency, calls to action, and a mobile and accessibility review.

By the end of this project, the consultant will deliver a brand aligned launch-ready BOTW website and recommendations for changes.

Deliverables should include:

Alignment with BOTW branding, including fonts, colors, imagery, and visual consistency

Mobile and basic accessibility review

Success would mean BOTW has a professional, easy-to-navigate, and launch-ready website that consistently represents the organization, clearly communicates with its different audiences, and uses appropriate branding.

Bridge Over Troubled Water (BOTW) exists to empower opportunity youth aged 18-24 in Richmond, Virginia, by equipping them with the skills, support, and experience needed to secure meaningful, family-sustaining careers. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, strategic partnerships, and work-based learning opportunities, BOTW aims to break cycles of poverty and create pathways to economic stability and personal growth.
