We are transitioning our organizational files from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and need experienced support to complete the migration, establish a single centralized SharePoint environment, and onboard staff and volunteers. Our files (approximately 20 folders under 1Tb) currently reside in Google Drive; we need a clear assessment of the existing folder structure, identification of Google-native files that may require conversion, and discovery of duplicates, unsupported types, broken links, or permission issues that could impede access. We also need guidance on how SharePoint, OneDrive, and the OneDrive sync app should interact for staff and volunteer access.

We are looking for a volunteer with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration expertise to lead the migration and produce training materials for staff and volunteers.

The volunteer will:
- Review our current Google Drive folder structure and deliver a recommended SharePoint site/library structure for organizing organizational files.
- Transfer or copy organizational files from Google Drive into the appropriate SharePoint document libraries, preserving folder organization and file names whenever possible.
- Identify Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides that should be converted to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint and provide a list of those files with recommended conversion actions.
- Identify duplicate files, unsupported file types, broken links, and permission issues and provide a concise report listing these concerns.
- Configure SharePoint permissions and OneDrive access so volunteers and staff have access only to the document libraries and folders appropriate to their roles.
- Explain the relationship between SharePoint, OneDrive, and the OneDrive synchronization application and create a simple recorded video tutorial (with accompanying brief written steps) that shows staff and volunteers how to access, sync, and collaborate on files.
