About the Opportunity

Our Squarespace website needs tighter integration with Microsoft 365 to support scheduling, document management, file syncing, and form collection. Specifically, we need Microsoft Bookings linked from relevant site pages, a finalized SharePoint document-library and folder structure for staff use, OneDrive configured for authorized users to sync files, and Microsoft Forms available and linked on the site. Staff require a short training resource so they can use these tools effectively.

We are looking for a volunteer with Microsoft 365 systems-administration expertise to configure integrations between our Squarespace site and Microsoft 365 and to produce short training materials.

The volunteer will:
- Configure Microsoft Bookings (create or organize booking pages/services as needed) and connect/embed the scheduling links on the appropriate Squarespace website pages so visitors can book online.
- Create and implement a finalized SharePoint document-library and folder structure for our team, including permission-aware folders and any recommended metadata or library settings.
- Configure OneDrive access and synchronization for authorized staff accounts, verify sync settings, and ensure users can access the SharePoint libraries via OneDrive where appropriate.
- Create the requested Microsoft Forms and embed or link them to the Squarespace site pages indicated by our team.
- Test permissions and end-to-end workflows for scheduling, document access/sync, and form submission, and provide a brief written summary of any issues and their resolutions.
- Record a 20-minute training video and deliver written, step-by-step instructions covering how staff access Bookings links, use the SharePoint library structure, sync files with OneDrive, and access/submit the embedded Forms.
