A documented digitization workflow for our paper client intake form that includes steps to scan and capture a client's driver's license/ID, basic data capture and storage recommendations, privacy/security considerations, and a short implementation checklist.

Digitizing intake will speed and secure client access to food, housing, encouragement, and opportunity by reducing paperwork delays, improving record accuracy, and protecting client identity. Volunteers will directly help the foundation serve clients more efficiently and safely.

We will work collaboratively with the volunteer to share the current paper form, describe our intake process, and review any existing systems so the volunteer can produce a practical, implementable workflow.
