Corporate Partnership and In-Kind Donor Research

AZIZA CŒUR SAINT (ACS) is developing a solidarity support center in Nouakchott, Mauritania. The construction project has an estimated cost of €400,000, excluding land. Our main challenge is that we do not have an established network of corporate partners, construction companies, or building material suppliers willing to support the project through financial contributions or in-kind donations.

We have prepared project presentation materials and technical documents but need professional assistance to identify relevant potential partners, determine which companies may be suitable prospects, and present the project and requested forms of support in a clear, professional way.

We are seeking a pro bono consultant to conduct targeted research into potential corporate partners and in-kind donors and help us prepare professional partnership outreach materials. This support will give ACS a practical foundation for approaching businesses that may contribute funding, construction materials, or equipment to the center.

We are looking for a volunteer with Fundraising and Business Development research expertise to conduct targeted prospect research and prepare partnership outreach materials for our construction project in Nouakchott. The volunteer will:
- Deliver a prioritized list of approximately 25–40 potential corporate partners, construction companies, manufacturers, and building material suppliers that may support the construction of the center.
- For each listed prospect, provide available professional contact details, a brief description of the business, the type of potential contribution (financial support, construction materials, or equipment), and a short explanation of its relevance to the project.
- Produce a professional partnership proposal template presenting ACS, the center project, its construction needs, and the types of support requested; the template should be adaptable to different companies and donors.

Organization Mission

The mission of the Aziza Cœur Saint association is to protect, support, and accompany women, single mothers, and children in situations of extreme vulnerability, particularly orphans and abandoned babies in Mauritania. The association works toward their social and professional integration and offers them safe shelter and access to health care and education. It also helps elderly people, people with disabilities, and people living in extreme poverty more broadly to regain their dignity and independence. L'association œuvre pour leur insertion sociale et professionnelle, leur offre un refuge sécurisé, un accès aux soins et à l'éducation, tout en aidant plus largement les personnes âgées, en situation de handicap ou en situation de grande précarité à retrouver leur dignité et leur autonomie.
