We seek a skilled web designer to fully redesign and build our nonprofit website on Squarespace. The volunteer will assess our goals, audience needs, and technical capabilities to create a new, user-ready site. The project's final deliverable is a completely launched, fully functional website that is ready for public use, a brief handover guide so our team can easily manage it moving forward would also be appreciated.

Our collaboration will take place over eight to twelve weeks. In our initial meeting, the volunteer will interview us regarding our desired features and content goals to create a project requirements briefing. Through regular check-ins and feedback sessions, the volunteer will audit our current site, develop wireframes and visual design options, and—upon approval—build and configure the final pages directly in Squarespace so the site is live and ready for our users.

A non-profit's mission is only as funded as it is visible. We have developed a robust 12-week life skills framework ready to deploy, but we lack the digital platform to build long-term donor relations and secure sustainable funding. Your website design expertise will bridge that gap. By building a clean, modern, and intuitive Squarespace site, you will directly enable us to attract corporate/foundation grants, engage individual donors, and recruit industry partners.

We have already thought about and are prepared to brief you about our current website platform, budget restrictions for the build, our branding collaterals and norms, and information about our stakeholder groups and target audiences. We've also compiled some photos and have some language developed that we will share with you.
