Yang & Olivia Arts Foundation has a growing number of performances, community programs, partnerships, and stories to share, but as a small artist-led nonprofit, we do not have dedicated communications staff. We need help developing a more strategic and consistent social media presence that increases awareness of our mission, programs, artists, and community impact while remaining manageable for our small organization. We currently create posts ourselves but would benefit from a clear content strategy, stronger storytelling, and a repeatable system for turning our activities and existing materials into engaging social media content.
By the end of this project, the consultant will develop a practical social media strategy and content calendar for Yang & Olivia Arts Foundation, including recommended content themes, posting frequency, audience and platform guidance, and ready-to-use or adaptable post copy. We would also like a repeatable workflow for turning performances, community programs, artist stories, testimonials, photos, and other existing materials into social media content. Success would mean having a sustainable system and a bank of content that we can continue using and adapting after the project ends.
