We need a volunteer to advise our nonprofit on how to establish and grow an effective board of directors. The volunteer should review best practices for board structure, role descriptions, recruitment approaches, onboarding and basic governance, and recommend a realistic first-step plan. Organizational specifics will be provided during the session.
