About the Opportunity

We need a volunteer to brainstorm and prioritize practical, scalable strategies to build internal HR capacity for our executive leadership team. In this session the volunteer should advise on rebuilding our organizational chart and reimagining staff roles and responsibilities, identify likely capacity gaps and priority role changes, and suggest high-level next steps. Specifics will be provided during the session.
