We need a volunteer to advise us on a structured fundraising strategy and assess our grant-readiness to guide our shift from small local fundraisers to sustainable corporate sponsorships and foundation grants. The volunteer should review our current approach, identify gaps and priorities, and recommend high-level next steps and readiness criteria. Specific details will be provided during the session.
