Our MA-registered 501(c)3 was approved by the IRS in late 2024. We have a treasurer who keeps good records but we didn't file taxes or state filings in 2025 or 2026, and need help doing that as soon as possible. I need a volunteer who can help me understand what tax forms and state filings I need to accomplish, whether it's possible to do this myself given our extremely modest budget, and if not, how much is appropriate to pay and how to find someone who can help.

We are converting from a donation-funded organization to a grants-funded organization as we now work on voter readiness curriculum in the field of civics education.

We work on innovative structural projects that permanently raise rates of registration or expand eligibility, including automatic voter registration, felony rights restoration, and universal high school voter readiness education. We develop civic education curriculum for Massachusetts and other states.
