Hospital Partnership Structures Review

We need a volunteer to review and discuss models for partnerships between our nonprofit and international hospitals to host a designated cleft and craniofacial floor. The volunteer should identify common partnership structures, key terms and clauses to include in agreements, and practical approaches to aligning incentives between our organization and a host hospital. Details about our program context and any target locations will be provided during the session.
