AI/ML Options for Impact Data Management

Give a Beat is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit using the power of music as a pathway healing and opportunity for people impacted by the criminal justice system - through our Youth Music Production & DJ Program, Prison Electronic Music Program, and Alumni Network.

We are exploring the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) to better collect, organize, and maintain our program impact data — which includes both qualitative and quantitative data — and to support staff in evaluating that data to understand our outcomes and inform decision-making.

During this one-hour consultation call, we are looking for a volunteer with AI/ML expertise to help us identify tool options suited to a small nonprofit's needs, capacity, and budget.

We're especially interested in solutions that streamline how we track and analyze impact data across our programs, freeing up staff time currently spent on manual data management.
