We need a volunteer to review our current Salesforce implementation, discuss staff usability pain points (details will be provided), and identify the highest-priority improvements. The volunteer should estimate the likely scope and effort for those improvements and recommend a practical path forward, including short-term fixes versus larger project phases, to help us plan a follow-on project.

At HCRJC, we offer meaningful alternatives to the traditional justice system. Our programs prioritize accountability, support healing for victims, and help people returning from incarceration reconnect with community.
