We're looking for a volunteer with CPA or nonprofit finance experience who understands audit thresholds, lender covenants, and nonprofit financial compliance requirements. We need help evaluating if we can downgrade our annual audit requirement permanently or temporarily. This involves reviewing the documents, helping us understand the requirements, and helping us determine if we can make an appropriate case for a downgrade.
