Member Recruitment and Retention Strategy

We need a volunteer to review our current challenges and brainstorm practical, low-cost recruitment and retention strategies tailored to a very small, local advocacy, activism education, and community-building organization. The volunteer should help prioritize a few high-impact tactics (outreach, messaging, engagement, basic metrics) and recommend next steps. Our primary purview is centered on local issues affecting LGBTQ+ Rights, Reproductive Freedom, Religious Freedom and Separation of Church & State. Our main function as an organization is to provide a safe, comfortable space for nonbelievers of all types to connect, network and express themselves.
