We need a volunteer's advice on designing a simple, sustainable triage system and response workflow for fosters' medical and behavior questions. In this session we'd like guidance on triage rules to separate issues that can be handled with standard guidance from those that need escalation, sample response templates, and recommendations for low-cost intake/FAQ tools.
