We'd like to connect with a volunteer to get advice on developing a focused fundraising plan to raise about $50,000 for a press conference on July 16, 2026, in Manhattan. During the one-hour session, we'd like guidance on likely funding sources (sponsors, major donors, short-term appeals), prioritizing outreach, and creating a short timeline and ask strategy to pursue in the weeks leading up to the event. NJMED (New Jersey Minority Educational Development), a nonprofit 501c3, was formed in 1995, to help develop practical solutions to the problems of youth development in public education, and to foster higher education and career pursuit aimed at enhancing positive growth within their communities.
