Community Enrichment Fitness Network (CEFN) is a Health and Wellness grassroots non-profit 501 c3 organization dedicated to empowering older adults to make a permanent healthy lifestyle change through healthy eating and becoming more physically active. CEFN programs include Nutrition Awareness and Healthy Cooking programs, focus on fitness public access TV programs, Senior Health and Wellness Annual Health Fair and Biannual Senior Healthy Living Senior Gala Fundraisers.
