1-Hour Consultation

We are a growing nonprofit that raises money for the public library in Burlingame, CA through private donations, fundraising events, and selling donated books in person and online. Currently use Salesforce NPSP as our CRM. It is already integrated with Quickbooks and Eventbrite, but not with Constant Contact or our online donation platform via Squarespace/Stripe. All donations (checks, online, and cash) are manually entered into Salesforce. We *think* we want to get new software for accepting online donations as well as new marketing software, too. And we would integrate both with Salesforce.

As the Executive Director of the foundation, I am the only paid employee and I work part-time. I am seeking advice about what would be the best way forward with this project -- which software products are good for an org like ours and worth our time and money, and how best to hire and manage a consultant (paid or pro bono) to do the integration once we've selected the product or products we want to use. I have done research on software on the market, but seek an expert with more knowledge of the pros and cons to provide some guidance.
