Website Wireframe Redesign

We seek a web designer to redesign and create wireframes for our nonprofit website, focusing on the payment processing system and developing the customer journey in collaboration with a software engineer. The volunteer will assess and incorporate our goals, needs, and key audiences while considering our technical capabilities. The designer will deliver a draft of the site's architecture, including design concepts and a straightforward layout for the payment processing and customer journey, which we can easily share with a web developer volunteer or a team member to implement the new site.

Our work will take place over multiple meetings in six to nine weeks. In our first meeting, the volunteer should interview us about our desired features, our web capabilities, and our technical expertise. Then, they'll synthesize the information into a requirements briefing. We'll engage in various check-ins, where a member or members of our team will provide feedback. The volunteer will audit our current site to create a draft of site architecture and design options including wireframes, site structure, and other visual elements.

This project will support our nonprofit's mission by improving the user experience on our website, making it easier for our customers to engage with our services and access critical information. By redesigning the site with a streamlined payment processing system and optimized customer journey, we will improve accessibility and facilitate more substantial relationships with our community. The updated site will reflect our commitment to transparency, efficiency, and growth, helping us better serve our audiences, increase outreach, and raise the necessary funds to support our programs and initiatives.

We seek a UX/UI designer to redesign and create wireframes for our nonprofit website, focusing on the payment processing system and developing the customer journey in collaboration with a software engineer. To set this project up for success, we are prepared to brief you on our current website platform, budget restrictions for the build, branding collateral and norms, and detailed information about our stakeholder groups and target audiences. Additionally, we've collected relevant photos, developed some language, and gathered samples of websites we like, all of which we will share with you. The final deliverable will be a draft of the site's architecture and design concepts, including the payment processing system and customer journey, which we can easily pass along to a web developer volunteer or a team member to implement the new site.
