Salesforce Set Up & Optimization

We are seeking a volunteer to assist us in setting up and optimizing Salesforce CRM for managing climate action grants and donors. As total newcomers to Salesforce, we are currently relying on spreadsheets, workbook trackers, and donor files. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting an audit of our existing data management systems, assessing our current data collection tools, and helping us map our data for seamless integration into Salesforce.

Tasks completed during this project may include:
-Conducting an audit of our existing data management systems and needs.
-Assessing our current use of data collection tools.
-Mapping our data for efficient uploading into Salesforce.

We estimate that this pro bono work will require approximately 2-5 hours per week for one month.

Our organization is committed to becoming more effective and efficient by leaning on data. We need to ensure that we're collecting the right information and in the right ways, first. We have identified a member of our team to be your point person on this project. We have 10 free subscriptions and the standard nonprofit grant management and donor management package.
