Monday.com Set Up & Optimization

We are seeking a volunteer to assist us in setting up and optimizing monday.com CRM for managing climate action grants and donors. As total newcomers to monday.com, we are currently relying on spreadsheets, workbook trackers, and donor files. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting an audit of our existing data management systems, assessing our current data collection tools, and helping us map our data for seamless integration into monday.com.

Tasks completed during this project may include:
-Conducting an audit of our existing data management systems and needs.
-Assessing our current use of data collection tools.
-Mapping our data for efficient uploading into monday.com.

We estimate that this pro bono work will require approximately 2-5 hours per week for one month.

We have identified a member of our team to be your point person on this project. We have 9 free subscriptions and the standard nonprofit grant management and donor management package.
