Our nonprofit has been approved for Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack with 10 free licenses, and we're excited to start leveraging this powerful tool to enhance our operations and impact. However, we need expert guidance to set it up and customize it to suit our specific needs.

We're seeking a skilled Salesforce professional who can help us:

Configure our Salesforce instance from scratch.
Customize it to align with our programs, donor management, and reporting needs.
Provide training or documentation for our team to ensure we can use it effectively.

At Family Rights Advocates, we are dedicated to improving outcomes for families involved with child welfare— their rights are protected, they have access to vital resources, and they have the support to meet their goals. Whether we’re advocating for policy changes, providing direct support, or connecting families to vital resources, every step we take is guided by a deep commitment to justice and equity.

Right now, our small but passionate team is working tirelessly to make an impact, but we’re limited by scattered processes and outdated tools. Implementing Salesforce will be a game-changer, allowing us to:

Strengthen Our Advocacy: Keep better records of the families we support and the systemic challenges they face, so we can advocate more effectively.
Build Stronger Connections: Stay in touch with our supporters, volunteers, and community partners to grow a powerful network of change-makers.
Expand Our Impact: Spend less time on administrative tasks and more time standing up for the families who need us most.
Why We’re Ready for This Project

This project is a top priority for us, and we’ve taken steps to set it up for success:

Community Buy-In: Our team, board, and key stakeholders are fully behind this effort. Everyone understands the potential of Salesforce to amplify our impact.
Initial Preparations: We’ve secured 10 free Salesforce licenses through their Nonprofit Success Pack and have begun identifying our key data needs.
Dedicated Team: Our executive Director will be the point person to collaborate with you, ensuring seamless communication and quick decision-making throughout the project.
Commitment to Sustainability: Once Salesforce is up and running, we’ll train our staff to use it effectively and document key processes to ensure it remains a cornerstone of our work.
Why We’d Be a Great Partner

This isn’t just about implementing a tool—it’s about transforming how we advocate for families. We’re ready to listen, learn, and work side by side with you to create a system that helps us fight for family rights more effectively than ever. Your expertise will directly contribute to a cause that changes lives, and we’ll do everything we can to make this collaboration meaningful and impactful for everyone involved.

Thank you for considering joining us in this important work!

1. Clear Goals and Priorities:
We will work with the volunteer to define our key objectives for Salesforce implementation, such as streamlining donor management, tracking program impact, and improving reporting. A clear scope will ensure everyone is aligned.
2. Team Commitment:
Our team is committed to actively participating in this project. We will provide the necessary information, feedback, and decision-making to keep things moving smoothly.
3. Resources and Access:
We’ve secured 10 free Salesforce licenses through the Nonprofit Success Pack and will ensure the volunteer has access to all relevant accounts, data, and tools needed to complete the project.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
We’ll designate a point person from our team to serve as the main contact for the volunteer. Regular check-ins will be scheduled to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely decision-making.
5. Post-Project Sustainability:
To ensure long-term success, we’ll work with the volunteer to document processes and provide training for our staff. This will enable us to effectively use and maintain Salesforce after the project concludes.
By combining the volunteer's expertise with our team’s dedication and preparation, we’re confident we can create a Salesforce system that supports our mission and growth.

Our mission is to empower parents involved with the child welfare system by championing their rights, ensuring equitable and compassionate treatment, and providing support and comprehensive resources to help maintain strong family bonds. We are committed to assisting parents in staying actively involved in their children's lives, advocating for their inclusion in decision-making processes, and safeguarding the overall well-being of families affected by the foster care system. Through our efforts, we strive to promote positive outcomes for the family unit. We are dedicated to contributing to a broader movement towards a fair and compassionate foster care system that prioritizes the needs and rights of children and their parents. We envision a just society where every family has the opportunity to stay connected and receive comprehensive support during times of separation.
