We are seeking a talented web designer to help us revamp our nonprofit website. Our goal is to create a more user-friendly, professional, and engaging online platform.
Project Overview
We would like to enhance the overall flow and visual appeal of our Squarespace website. Additionally, we aim to develop a dedicated space within the platform to facilitate partnerships and job opportunities. This will allow partners to recruit from our database and students to find suitable jobs.
Project Timeline
We anticipate the project will take approximately six to nine weeks, involving multiple meetings and check-ins.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a web designer with:
Strong experience in web design and user experience (UX) principles
Proficiency in Squarespace
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing websites
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

We have already begun preparations for the project, including:
Brand Development: We have finalized our new brand package, including a modernized logo and brand guidelines.
Website Design and Development: We have initiated the design and development of our new website, incorporating the new brand elements.
Feature Development: We are developing the recruitment and job search features, as well as designing the merchandise.
Marketing and Launch Strategy: We are developing a comprehensive marketing and launch strategy to generate excitement and attract users to our new website.
Once the project is complete, we plan to implement the following:
Website Launch: We will officially launch our new website, highlighting the new features and design.
Merchandise Launch: We will launch our merchandise store, offering a variety of products featuring our new logo.
Marketing Campaign: We will implement a targeted marketing campaign to promote the new website and merchandise, utilizing social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
User Engagement: We will actively engage with users through social media, email newsletters, and community forums to foster a sense of community and gather feedback.
Ongoing Maintenance and Updates: We will regularly maintain and update our website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
