We’re seeking skilled volunteer support to create a comprehensive business plan and review our strategic model to help us establish sustainable growth and impact in the child welfare sector.

We need a volunteer to help develop a detailed business plan that will guide our operational and financial growth over the next 3-5 years. This plan should include revenue generation strategies, program development, budget forecasting, and marketing tactics. Additionally, we would like assistance in reviewing and refining our current strategic model, ensuring our mission and goals align effectively with our resources and growth trajectory. This work should focus on building a plan that attracts funding, supports team expansion, and sustains program delivery.

Project Activities:
-Revenue strategy options tailored to nonprofit funding, such as grants, community fundraising, and partnerships.
-Detailed program planning and service expansion frameworks.
-Marketing and outreach plans focused on donor engagement and client outreach.
-Recommendations for efficient budgeting and financial management tools to help track impact and ensure sustainability.
