Salesforce Optimization and Advice
We just finished our first CRM build out and have a few kinks in the system. There are a few things that could be much more efficient but Salesforce has not been able to provide help. I would like someone to help me navigate some of these challenges and fix them on the back end for me.
Terraset is a young nonprofit and, to our knowledge, the only nonprofit purchasing carbon removals in the space. This field is young and exciting and there is so much potential to build and scale quickly, but we need to better understand our networks and thus, need a functional CRM. As the Director of Development, I have done several migrations but currently have some roadblocks I cannot figure out and do not have the hours needed to teach myself how to fix them. I also want someone who understands Salesforce from the developer side and can make recommendations about how to make it more efficient for our needs.
I have a few major issues I want to work through.
- Household/ Organization types. I think we need more types but I am afraid that will complicate the system
- Levels and engagement plans. I need to build these out for 4 levels and 5 engagement plans for different types of partners
- Setting up functional reports and dashboards
