Evaluation Tactics Review & Recommendations

We are looking to gain a better understanding of how to create and implement surveys and other tracking mechanisms to evaluate program performance and quality. Using the data gleaned from revamped evaluation tactics, our nonprofit has the opportunity to set stronger program goals using better tracking of program outcomes. This future data will be used for both internal purposes and grant applications.

We find ourselves at a critical juncture in the expansion of our programs, and securing access to greater funding opportunities will enable us to extend our services to a larger demographic of individuals with disabilities through our sports and recreational initiatives. However, a significant gap exists in our ability to effectively measure the impact of our programs in the lives of our participants. While my predecessor did initiate a survey among parents, the current questions lack the capacity to track progress over time or furnish pertinent quantitative data. We need assistance devising data collection, analysis, and utilization processes to enhance our programs and bolster our grant applications.

We have the 2023 player survey questions and results and have some samples of what grants we want to apply for are asking to provide for tracking outcomes.
