Logo Review & Recommendations

I need a skilled volunteer with a background in graphic design to review a logo I developed for our nonprofit and to make suggestions for how it can be approved or to develop some other logo options for our use.

This project is a priority at this stage because we are seeking to redesign and rebrand our nonprofit website. The website as it is does not accurately convey what we are trying to do and doesn't show the qualities we want to display, which are unity, solidarity, and togetherness.

I already have a logo developed - I need some other eyes on it. And I would also appreciate opinions about the color palette. Aside from that, I already have a typography chosen for our website.
