Social Media Content Calendar & Copywriting

We're looking for a volunteer to help us save time and be more strategic with our social media presence. Specifically, you'll create a template for a one-quarter social posting calendar that we can leverage to make managing our multiple social media channels easy. You'll draft copy for fifteen to twenty posts and make recommendations to customize our content to optimize it for different platforms. We will seek your input on using tools to automate our social media postings. The final deliverable will be the calendar template you create filled with fifteen to twenty different posts.

You're a great fit for us if you're passionate about our mission, you have a background in managing professional social media accounts, and you can spend ten hours over one to three weeks on this project.

Developing a 2024 social media calendar focused on mental health awareness days would significantly further our mission to reduce stigma and increase access to services. Promoting important topics tied to specific awareness days would allow us to strategically educate the public and connect with target audiences throughout the year.

By planning messaging and campaigns around days like World Mental Health Day and National Depression Screening Day, we can work toward objectives like increasing knowledge, encouraging conversations, and making our services more visible. This presence would vastly expand our educational reach and ability to interact with existing and potential clients struggling with mental health concerns. It would serve as a critical component of reducing stigma through awareness and transparency about conditions, treatment options, and the availability of compassionate care.

To prepare for the project, we will provide you with our events calendar and other relevant social media handles of organizations that are pillars in our sector. You'll have access to a file of photos and logos and a list of our hashtags.
