We are launching a community giving campaign and are seeking support to produce a cohesive campaign identity, core message, case for support, and solicitation materials for use with individuals, businesses, churches, and civic organizations. Donor prospect research, donor tracking systems, and long-term stewardship planning are outside the scope of this project.

We are looking for a volunteer with Fundraising & Business Development expertise to deliver the messaging foundation and primary solicitation materials for our community giving campaign. The volunteer will:
- Develop a compelling campaign theme and recommend a campaign title that reflect our mission and the purpose of the fundraising effort.
- Draft a clear core campaign message that explains the community need, our response, the impact of our programs, and why donor support is important.
- Create a concise case for support that can be used as the foundation for fundraising communications, presentations, and conversations with prospective supporters.
- Write one primary solicitation letter that can be customized and mailed to individuals, businesses, churches, civic organizations, and other community supporters.
- Produce one companion solicitation email adapted from the primary letter for electronic outreach.
- Provide recommended calls to action and giving language that clearly explain how supporters can contribute and how their donations will advance our work.
- Deliver editable versions of all completed materials and conduct a brief handoff meeting explaining how we can customize and use them. PFK Shield & Shelter will retain ownership of all campaign language, documents, and materials created through this project.
