Our social media materials have also been created individually from year to year and throughout each Easter Egg Hunt Event campaign. While this has allowed us to promote the event, it can result in inconsistent graphics, messaging, and timing. A significant amount of staff time is spent creating content as needs arise rather than working from a coordinated campaign plan.
We'd like the consultant to help us build: A coordinated suite of reusable social media graphic templates.Recommendations for consistent colours, typography, and visual treatment across campaign materials.A social media content calendar outlining key posts, campaign stages and suggested messaging leading up to the event.A cohesive visual approach that can be used for the 29th Annual event and adapted for future years.
