About the Opportunity

Our organization is entering a new chapter and creating a new Business Development Strategy. We would love to have mentorship around out strategy and the subsequent decisions we need to make. We would love coaching around business development and financial strategy.

How might we:
-Set realistic annual and quarterly revenue targets?
-Translate revenue targets into pipeline goals?
-Translate sales/pipeline goals into concrete weekly/monthly activities (meetings, introductions, outreach, events, proposals, etc.)
