We need advice for navigating a smooth Treasurer transition off our board. During this session, we are seeking a volunteer to review our current Treasurer and Finance Committee activities, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend how to manage a smooth transition process. The volunteer should suggest role responsibilities, meeting cadence, oversight checkpoints, and documentation/hand-off approaches.
