During this session, we need a volunteer to review our Excel + R-based budget tracking workflow and recommend practical improvements for tracking, categorization, and reporting. The volunteer should share advice on how to record in-kind donations, maintain a dynamic budget for mid-year changes like event sponsorships, and recommend robust methods for moving excess funds between budget buckets.
