We need a volunteer to review our current Microsoft Access setup and recommend lightweight database or CRM platforms with automation that fit our Commodity Supplemental Food Program serving ~1,500 seniors across 80+ sites. The volunteer should identify necessary features (status automation, per-site client lists, client profiles), outline migration and integration considerations, and suggest evaluation criteria and next steps. Details about current workflows and schema will be provided during the session.
