Grant Writing Guidance

Fair Housing Action Network (FHAN) exists to promote housing stability, equity, and dignity for individuals and families facing housing insecurity. We support residents experiencing housing-related challenges—including unsafe or neglected living conditions, harassment, displacement, and unlawful practices—through tenant advocacy, education, early intervention, and community-based solutions. FHAN works to prevent homelessness, strengthen communication and accountability between tenants and landlords, and equip communities with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate complex housing systems. Through education, collaboration, and innovation, FHAN seeks to address immediate housing crises while working toward long-term solutions, including the development of affordable housing.
