Revenue Generation Advice
During the session, I would value candid feedback on whether our proposed pricing tiers ($10K–$30K+ annually) are aligned with the perceived value to institutions, whether our positioning (selling insights rather than user access) is compelling and differentiated, and whether our Year 1–2 revenue and cost projections are realistic. I’m also looking for guidance on institutional buying psychology: how to frame ROI, anticipate objections, and strengthen the value proposition so this is viewed as a “must-have” solution rather than a “nice-to-have.” My goal is to pressure-test our assumptions, refine the financial model, and sharpen our positioning before formally launching institutional sales.
I will share:
- Monetisation strategy draft including proposed pricing tiers, Year 1–2 projections, Competitive positioning analysis (EAB, Mentor Collective, Handshake, etc.).
- Annual Report 2025, and video introduction
