Specifically, we are seeking guidance and support in evaluating and executing key strategic questions, including:

• How to design a scalable growth strategy that preserves our grassroots authenticity while expanding national reach
• How to build diversified, sustainable fundraising streams (grants, individual donors, corporate partnerships, events, and digital campaigns)
• How to structure programs and advocacy initiatives for maximum measurable impact
• How to strengthen volunteer infrastructure, leadership pipelines, and operational capacity

Voices for Seniors was founded at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic by grieving families who lost loved ones while they were receiving care in nursing homes. What began as a community of support quickly became a unified voice seeking truth, justice, and accountability for preventable loss of life.

Since our founding, we have worked to elevate the stories of families, advocate for transparency, and push for policy changes that protect vulnerable seniors living in long-term care settings. Through grassroots advocacy, media engagement, and legislative awareness efforts, we have helped shift public conversation around the treatment and protection of seniors in institutional care.

As we enter a new chapter, we want to expand our mission. While justice and accountability remain core to who we are, we are now focused on building long-term, sustainable impact that improves quality of life, safety, dignity, and oversight for seniors in long-term care. Over the next 3–5 years, Voices for Seniors aims to transition from a grassroots advocacy movement into a highly effective, nationally recognized organization that drives measurable improvements in senior care standards, public awareness, and protective legislation.

Voices for Seniors is deeply committed to ensuring that the lessons learned from the pandemic lead to lasting systemic improvements. We believe vulnerable seniors deserve dignity, protection, transparency, and strong advocates — and we are building the infrastructure to help ensure that happens.

Organization Mission

Voices for Seniors exists to protect and elevate vulnerable elderly populations by driving meaningful reform in long-term care through grassroots action, public education, and advocacy for stronger protective legislation. We are equally committed to seeking justice and accountability for families affected by neglect, systemic failures, and preventable loss. Through online platforms and social media, we work to reshape how society values seniors while exposing gaps in nursing home oversight and current protective laws.
