Tax Planning for O1 Visa Employee

We need a volunteer to review and advise on personal tax-planning strategies for an individual our organization is planning to hire. If hired, they would be employed in the U.S. on an O1 visa. The volunteer should cover high-level federal and state tax implications, residency and treaty considerations, withholding/estimated tax concerns, and common planning approaches. Specific facts (income, state, employer arrangement, treaty status) will be provided during the session. We would also like advice on how to structure her salary in hopes of reducing her taxes.
