We'll share goals, target audience, budget, existing domain and hosting, content scope, desired functionality and look and feel, maintenance plans, and timeline. The volunteer should provide a reality check on our plans, make suggestions regarding platform/development approaches, and prioritize recommended actions; details will be provided.
