We need a volunteer to advise on designing a replicable sales process for our fundraising efforts that can serve as the basis for hiring our first Senior Development Officer. The volunteer should provide guidance on how to create a scalable, repeatable workflow, key stages and decision points, and metrics to evaluate candidates and process performance. Details will be provided during the session.
