Fundraising Strategy for: Development of Open Source Tech for Youth Homeless Systems Change

I am seeking a volunteer that can help brainstorm fundraising approaches for an open‑source technology initiative focused on improving coordination across youth homelessness and K–12 education systems. The goal is to help schools and nonprofits better understand how their programs fit within the broader system and enable collective, data‑informed action.

This session will focus on identifying likely funders for systems‑change, education equity, and open‑source infrastructure work, and discussing how to position and target these funders effectively. I am looking to leave the session with clearer funder categories, messaging angles, and next steps for launching fundraising in January.
