I provide services focused on resources, referrals, and housing stability, and partner with Unite Minnesota, a referral platform connecting clients to support organizations. In this one-hour session, I’m seeking guidance on how to structure client support based on different levels of need (for example, short-term vs. longer-term support), how to track follow-through and outcomes, and how to think about data tracking and marketing strategies to better reach my target population.
