Website Content Audit and CMS Update

We'd like to connect with a skilled volunteer with experience in website content management systems and digital communications to help improve our nonprofit website.

The volunteer will:
-Conduct a website content audit and provide recommendations for improving content organization, navigation, and user experience.
-Update content on up to 5–10 key website pages, including uploading revised documents, images, and other digital content provided by our team.
-Implement agreed-upon content and navigation improvements within the website content management system.
-Create a user-friendly content management guide and documented process to help our team maintain and update the website with limited technical expertise.

We will provide the updated content, images, and feedback throughout the Project. Deliverables will include a content audit with recommendations, updated website pages, and a content management guide for ongoing use.

As our non-profit organization is new, the volunteers will support our organization through working with our organization on this project, to have accurate and clearup information on our website that are presented effectively. It will enable our organization to attract members and donors and to be impactful in implementing our programs and projects towards fostering collaboration among communities and regions towards a more inclusive shared future together.

We will provide necessary documentation associated with the website for the audit and fact checking as needed. We have also share documentation related to future events, projects and programs as well as information on our member community posted on the website. Any improvement to our website would immensely help us in enhancing our visibility and being informative among our member community and potential donors and ultimately, to execute our mandate successfully.
