Revise and update projected budget documents to reflect the organization's revised Phase 1–3 goals. Deliverables include updated budget spreadsheets and a concise budget summary suitable for grant applications and inclusion in pitch packets. Specific files and assumptions will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Clear, accurate budget projections will strengthen grant applications and sponsor pitch materials, improving our ability to secure funding to produce and distribute nonpartisan civic streaming content. Volunteers will directly support our mission to increase civic understanding for adult learners across the U.S.

We will provide our existing budget projections, documentation of the revised Phase 1–3 goals, and be available for regular check-ins and feedback. Volunteers will receive review cycles and clarification as needed. Additional details and timelines will be provided during the volunteer interview.
