We have identified several potential open grant opportunities to pursue and need pro bono support to move our nonprofit project from concept into submitted applications, including letters of inquiry and full application drafts. We have data and available documents to support grant applications, but we require experienced grant experts to make sure that our applications are strong and stand out.

American Civics Snapshots is trying to tackle a crisis which often goes unnoticed in a way which has not been attempted before. This innovative approach has the data to back it up, but we need your help in translating our innovation into language which will help grantors to understand how effective their assistance can be.

Our grant applications are a key part of our Phase 1 work, but we have as of yet been unsuccessful in securing enough grant money to support our work while we build a donor and sponsor base.

We are looking for a volunteer with Grant Writing expertise to support our organization in identifying opportunities and preparing submission-ready materials.

The volunteer will:
- Identify 1-2 open grant opportunities with high probability of acceptance, which are appropriate to our project and deliver a prioritized list of those opportunities.
- Collaborate with our team to draft 1–2 Letters of Inquiry ready for submission.
- Collaborate with our team to draft full grant application documents for the selected opportunities, producing application-ready narratives and any requested attachments.
